your week.

Your recovery is lower and you have a meeting this evening, so I moved your lower body session to Friday and scheduled an upper body workout for today.

Your plan should fit your life.

Most training plans assume the week goes exactly as planned. It never does.

With Kin, you do not re-plan. Kin does it for you.

Kin understands your life...

Your calendar. Your sleep. Your recovery. The equipment you have. Kin brings the signals that matter together — then turns them into one simple decision: what should you do today?

Goal

Build Muscle

Current focus: progressive overload, enough volume, recovery.

...and never loses sight of your goals.

Getting stronger. Running faster. Building endurance. Or all three. Kin plans backwards from where you want to go, then adapts the path without compromising the destination.

Training first.
Then everything around it.

Your calorie tracker doesn’t know you ran 15km this morning. Your step counter doesn’t know Monday’s squats wrecked your legs. Your training plan doesn’t know you slept 5hrs.

What is Kin?

Kin is an adaptive training app for iPhone. It builds your lifting and cardio around your goals, calendar and recovery — then adjusts the plan whenever life gets in the way.

Does Kin change my plan without asking?

Kin makes the small calls so you don’t have to. You always see what changed and why, and you can undo any adjustment with one tap. When you ask Kin to change something yourself, you’ll see the new plan before anything moves.

What happens to my health data?

Your Apple Health data stays on your iPhone. Kin reads it on-device to make better training decisions. Everything else is explained clearly in our privacy policy.

What happens when my week doesn’t go to plan?

Kin replans it. Meetings move. Sleep suffers. Flights happen. Kin can move, shorten or swap sessions so one disrupted day doesn’t derail the entire week.

Which apps does Kin connect to?

Apple Health, Google Calendar and Whoop. Kin uses them to understand your schedule, activity, sleep and recovery without making you enter everything manually.

Do I need a gym?

No. Full gym, hotel gym, a pair of dumbbells or nothing at all — tell Kin what you have and it builds the session around it.

Is Kin right for beginners?

Yes. Kin starts with what you can do today and progresses from there. Training builds in phases, with recovery and lighter weeks planned along the way.

Will Kin help with food, steps and sleep too?

That’s the bigger vision. Training comes first. Food, movement and sleep come next — with founding members helping decide what gets built first.

Is Kin available on Android?

Not yet. Kin is launching on iPhone first.

You do not need another dashboard. Every day, Kin gives you one clear verdict.

Today

Strength. 52 min.

Your recovery is good.
You have a clear window at 6:00 PM.
Yesterday’s run was easy enough to keep today’s session unchanged.

That is it. The session. The proof. The reason. Then go train.

Your calendar changes. Your plan changes with it.

Kin sees the time you actually have available and fits your training around it.

Evening fills up
Kin can move the session.
Week compressed
Kin can rearrange the order.
Session no longer fits
Kin adjusts the rest of the plan around it.

You keep the structure. Kin handles the rescheduling.

Recovery changes too.

A hard session does not always make sense just because it was written into the plan three weeks ago. Kin uses recovery data from Apple Health and Whoop to adjust what you do today.

Well recovered
Keep the session.
Poor sleep
Reduce the load.
Fatigue building
Protect the week instead of forcing the day.

The goal stays the same. The route adapts.

One goal. One plan.

Kin builds the strength and cardio work around the outcome. You do not need to decide how much of each to do, when to place it, or how to make the two work together.

That is the programming. Kin handles it.

Built like a coach would think.

The best plan is not the hardest one. It is the one you can keep following.

Kin manages the trade-offs behind the scenes

You get the decision. Not the spreadsheet.

Missing a workout should not break the week.

Most plans treat missed sessions like failure. Kin treats them like new information.

Miss Monday
Tuesday changes.
Flying Thursday
The week shifts.
Sleep badly
Today’s intensity changes.

The plan keeps moving forward. So you can too.

Momentum, not perfection.

Consistency does not mean never missing a day. It means getting back on track without having to start over.

Kin tracks the work you complete against the plan built for you. Over time, that consistency becomes momentum. And as Kin grows, that momentum can earn rewards from the brands you already train with.

Keep showing up. Kin keeps the plan alive.

Better together.

Training gets easier to stick with when someone else knows you are doing it too.

Kin will let you invite a friend, share workouts and keep each other accountable without turning training into a social feed.

Your plan stays yours. You just do not have to do it alone.

Less planning. More training.

No endless settings.

No recovery score to interpret.

No spreadsheet to rearrange.

No wondering whether today’s session still makes sense.

Kin looks at the plan. Kin looks at your day. Kin gives you the answer.
